More than a conference branding project, the work helped transform SAPinsider's events into a critical component of the company's media ecosystem, bringing together content, community and industry expertise within a shared brand experience.
The Challenge
The brand needed to scale across cities, venues, content tracks, sponsorship programs, digital channels, and physical environments while delivering a cohesive experience for attendees, speakers, and partners.
The Work
The system was designed to balance consistency with flexibility, allowing individual events to maintain their own identity while remaining recognizably part of the SAPinsider ecosystem.
The events also served as a bridge between editorial, research and community initiatives. Insights from research programs, magazine features, customer stories, and thought leadership content were translated into physical experiences that encouraged learning, conversation, and collaboration.
